Background of Transketolase (TKT) antibody
TKT belongs to the transketolase family. TKT has been implicated in the latent genetic disease Wernicke-Korsakoff syndrome (WKS), which causes specific brain damage. Polyclonal antibody produced in rabbits immunized with a synthetic peptide corresponding to a region of Human TKT with an internal ID of Y01484

Anti-TKT mouse monoclonal antibody (TA500892) immunofluorescent staining of COS7 cells transiently transfected by pCMV6-ENTRY TKT(RC203497).
HEK293T cells were transfected with the pCMV6-ENTRY control (Left lane) or pCMV6-ENTRY TKT (RC203497, Right lane) cDNA for 48 hrs and lysed. Equivalent amounts of cell lysates (5 ug per lane) were separated by SDS-PAGE and immunoblotted with anti-TKT.
