Background of Tyrosine-protein kinase JAK3 antibody
JAK3 is a member of the Janus kise (JAK) family of tyrosine kises, which is involved in cytokine receptor-mediated intracellular sigl transduction. JAK3 is predomintly expressed in immune cells and transduces a sigl in response to its activation via tyrosine phosphorylation by interleukin receptors. Mutations in JAK3 are associated with autosomal SCID (severe combined immunodeficiency disease).The protein encoded by this gene is a member of the Janus kise (JAK) family of tyrosine kises involved in cytokine receptor-mediated intracellular sigl transduction.
