Western blot analysis of Slamf8 expression in lysate from Jurkat cells ( Lane 1 and 2 ) , NIH/3T3 cells ( Lane 3 ) and rat kidney ( Lane 4 ) .
Western blot analysis of SLAMF8 Antibody (C-term) Cat.-No AP53927PU-N in MDA-MB435 cell line lysates (35ug/lane). This demonstrates the SLAMF8 antibody detected the SLAMF8 protein (arrow).
HEK293 lysate (10ug protein in RIPA buffer) overexpressing Human SLAMF8 with C-terminal MYC tag probed with AP32853PU-N (1ug/ml) in Lane A and probed with anti-MYC Tag (1/1000) in lane C. Mock-transfected HEK293 probed with AP32853PU-N (1ug/ml) in Lane B. Primary incubations were for 1 hour. Detected by chemiluminescence.
