Functional Assays: Antibody 11G7 has been reported to block IL-6 cytokine production in response to ara-lipoarabinomannan (araLAM) and tripalmitoyl cysteinyl lipopeptide (Pam3CSK4). 11G7 does not inhibit the production of cytokines induced by zymosan stimulation. |
