| Application | Indirect Immunofluorescence (titer >1:1,600) assay vs serotypes O157:H7, O20, O125, O55, O111 and K12. Direct Fluorescenceimmunoassay staining of target antigens in a permissive tissue culture system. Acetone fixation of the antigen source is recommended prior to staining. Enzyme amplification following reaction with FITC conjugate can also be accomplished utilizing enzyme-antibody conjugates specific to FITC. |
