Application Indirect Immunofluorescence (titer >1:1,600) assay vs serotypes O157:H7, O20, O125, O55, O111 and K12.
Direct Fluorescenceimmunoassay staining of target antigens in a permissive tissue culture system.
Acetone fixation of the antigen source is recommended prior to staining. Enzyme amplification following reaction with FITC conjugate can also be accomplished utilizing enzyme-antibody conjugates specific to FITC.
Concentration 4-5 mg/ml (OD280 nm, E 0.1% = 0 1.4)
Storage Store the antibody at 2-8°C under subdued light for one month or (in aliquots) at -20°C for longer. This product is phototsensitive and should be protected from light.
Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Shelf life: one year from despatch.
