Pronase isolated and purified from streptomyces griseus. Freund’s complete adjuvant is used in the first step of the immunization procedure.
Application This product is intended for use in precipitating and non-precipitating antibody-binding assays (such as e.g., ELISA and Western blotting and immunofluorescence or histochemical techniques).
Working dilutions: vary widely, but may be between 1/1000 and 1/20000.
Concentration 10,0 mg/ml
Storage Prior to and following reconstitution store the antibody at 2-8°C for one month or at -20°C for longer.
Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Shelf life: one year from despatch.
