Highly purified Horseradish Peroxidase.
Isotype control AM03095PU-N
Application Can be used as a Control in the tests where Mouse IgG1 (with irrelevant specificity) should be used to show the presence of that given Mouse isotype.
In indirect tests as reagent to Horseradish Peroxidase or to potentiate the visualisation of a peroxidase labelled conjugate in the appropriate material.
As secondary reagent a labelled anti mouse IgG will serve for the detection.
This system can be further be potentiated by the use of anti-FITC or anti-TRITC conjugates.
