| Application | ELISA: Dilution 2,000 from the delivered solution (depending on conjugate). (The titer is defined as the dilution that gives 50% of the maximum absorbance when tested with ELISA). This anti-Glyphosate antibody is applicable for any type of (waste) water sample. The detection limit is 2,5 µg/l, the end concentration is 100 µg/l. Standard curve runs from 5-100 µg/l. (For an optimal ELISA result use high affinity plates. Recommended assaybuffer 0.1M PBS, 1% BSA heat-treated, pH 7.4). The antibody can be used coupled to column material for IAC. |
