Immunogen:

Highly purified monoclonal IgD isolated from Human serum

Prior to reconstitution store at 2-8°C.
Following reconstitution store undiluted at 2-8°C for one week
or (in aliquots) at -20°C for longer.
Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Shelf life: one year from despatch.

State:

Lyophilized (Delipidated, heat inactivated) stable whole ascites without preservatives or foreign proteins.
Ascites

Reconstitution:

Restore by adding 0.5 ml sterile distilled water

Specificity:

The reactivity of the antiserum is restricted to the IgD molecule as tested in ELISA, Immunoblotting, Immunoprecipitation. Precipitation takes place under special test conditions in the presence of polyethylene glycol.
The antiserum does not react with any other component of the Human Ig system or any other Human plasma protein as tested.
This antiserum has not been tested for cross-reactivity with other species.
