RA106P Mouse IgG (Fc specific)

Prior to reconstitution store at 2-8°C.
Following reconstitution store undiluted at 2-8°C for one month
or (in aliquots) at -20°C for longer.
Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Shelf life: one year from despatch.

Description:

Mouse IgG F(c) fragment Purified. 
Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-biotin, anti-Mouse IgG, anti-Mouse IgG F(c) and anti-Mouse Serum. 
No reaction was observed against anti-Mouse IgG F(ab’)2  or anti-Papain.

Buffer System:

0.02M Potassium Phosphate, 0.15M Sodium Chloride, pH 7.2

Preservatives:

0.01% (w/v) Sodium Azide

Stabilizers:

10 mg/ml BSA (Immunoglobulin and Protease free)

This product was prepared from normal serum Delipidation, Salt Fractionation, Ion Exchange Chromatography followed by papain Digestion and extensive dialysis against the buffer
