Detection limit for recombinant GST tagged BCL7C is approximately 0.1ng/ml as a capture antibody.
Western Blot analysis of BCL7C expression in transfected 293T cell line (H00009274-T01) by BCL7C MaxPab polyclonal antibody.Lane 1: BCL7C transfected lysate(23.87 KDa).Lane 2: Non-transfected lysate.
Nuclear extracts of HeLa cells ( 40 µg ) were analysed by Western blot using BCL7C polyclonal antibody ( Cat # PAB14089 ) diluted 1 : 1,000 in TBS-Tween containing 5% skimmed milk.
ELISA was performed using a serial dilution of BCL7C polyclonal antibody ( Cat # PAB14089 ). The plates were coated with the peptides used for immunization of the rabbit. By plotting the absorbance against the antibody dilution, the titer of the crude serum was estimated to be 1 : 209,000.
WB using the antibody against BCL7C diluted 1:1,000 in TBS-Tween containing 5% skimmed milk. The position of the protein of interest is indicated on the right; the marker (in kDa) is shown on the left. The antibody detects both known isoforms of the protein (expected sizes: 23.4 and 26.4 kDa).
Determination of the titer To determine the titer, an ELISA was performed using a serial dilution of the antibody against human BCL7C. The plates were coated with the peptides used for immunization of the rabbit. By plotting the absorbance against the antibody dilution (Figure 1), the titer of the antibody was estimated to be 1:209,000.
