Western blot analysis of human recombinant proteins NCR3 ( Lane 1 ) , NCR2 ( Lane 2 ) , and NCR1 ( Lane 3 ) ( each 20 ng per well ) were resolved by SDS - PAGE , transferred to PVDF membrane and probed with NCR2 monoclonal antibody , clone 8F12 ( Cat # MAB1057 ) ( 1 : 1000 ) . Proteins were visualized using a goat anti - mouse secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and an ECL detection system. Arrow indicates human recombinant protein NCR2 ( residues 19 ~ 130 ) .
Flow cytometric analysis with the B-N44 monoclonal antibody on IL-2 activated NK cell line.
The Human recombinant proteins, NKp30, NKp44, and NKp46 (each 20ng per well) were resolved by SDS-PAGE, transferred to PVDF membrane and probed with anti-human NKp44 antibody (1:1000). Proteins were visualized using a goat anti-mouse secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and an ECL detection system.

HEK293T cells were transfected with the pCMV6- ENTRY control (Left lane) or pCMV6-ENTRY NCR2 (RC214084, Right lane) cDNA for 48 hrs and lysed. Equivalent amounts of cell lysates (5 ug per lane) were separated by SDS-PAGE and immunoblotted with anti- NCR2.(1:2000).
