CNGA4 staining (green) appears in glomeruli (horizontal arrows) and outside the glomeruli (vertical arrows). To define the location of glomeruli (G), the same section was stained with mouse anti-synaptophysin (red) and the nissl stain DAPI (blue). B. Pre-incubation of Anti-CNGA4 with the peptide antigen blocks the staining in the olfactory bulb.
