Formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded human cancer tissue reacted with DGKB polyclonal antibody ( Cat # PAB3348 ) , which was peroxidase-conjugated to the secondary antibody, followed by DAB staining. This data demonstrates the use of this antibody for immunohistochemistry ; clinical relevance has not been evaluated. BC = breast carcinoma.
Western blot analysis of DGKB polyclonal antibody ( Cat # PAB3348 ) in mouse liver tissue lysate. DGKB ( arrow ) was detected using the purified polyclonal antibody.

HEK293T cells were transfected with the pCMV6-ENTRY control (Left lane) or pCMV6-ENTRY DGKB (RC211233, Right lane) cDNA for 48 hrs and lysed. Equivalent amounts of cell lysates (5 ug per lane) were separated by SDS-PAGE and immunoblotted with anti-DGKB.
