Western blot analysis of extracts (10ug) from 7 different cell lines by using anti-GNMT monoclonal antibody.(1:200)
HEK293T cells were transfected with the pCMV6-ENTRY control (Left lane) or pCMV6-ENTRY GNMT (RC207497, Right lane) cDNA for 48 hrs and lysed. Equivalent amounts of cell lysates (5 ug per lane) were separated by SDS-PAGE and immunoblotted with anti-GNMT.
HEK293T cells transfected with either pCMV6-ENTRY GNMT(RC207497)(Red) or empty vector control plasmid(Blue) were immunostained with anti-GNMT mouse monoclonal(TA501276), and then analyzed by flow cytometry.
The Recombinant protein (50ng) and Tissue lysates (40ug) were resolved by SDS-PAGE, transferred to PVDF membrane and probed with anti-human GNMT antibody (1:1000). Proteins were visualized using a goat anti-mouse secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and an ECL detection system. Lane 1. GNMT recombinant protein. Lane 2: Liver tissue lysate.
