Immunohistochemistry of Uroguanylin staining in Cyryosection of Human Prostate. The section was Fixed in Acetone, incubated with AP23440SU (1/2000) 72h at 4°C and detected using Biotin-Streptavidin technique. 3,3'-di-aminobenzidine was used as the Chromogen.
