Immunohistochemistry analysis in human lymph node (formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded) using LAPTM5 antibody Cat.-No. AP52440PU-N (N-term), followed by peroxidase conjugation of the secondary antibody and DAB staining. This data demonstrates the use of the LAPTM5 antibody for IHC. Clinical relevance has not been evaluated.
Western blot analysis in NCI-H460 cell line lysates (35ug/lane) using LAPTM5 antibody Cat.-No. AP52440PU-N (N-term). This demonstrates the LAPTM5 antibody detected the LAPTM5 protein (arrow).
Flow cytometric analysis of NCI-H460 cells (right histogram) compared to a negative control cell (left histogram) using LAPTM5 antibody Cat.-No. AP52440PU-N (N-term), followed by FITC-conjugated goat-anti-rabbit secondary antibodies.
HEK293T cells were transfected with the pCMV6-ENTRY control (Left lane) or pCMV6-ENTRY LAPTM5 (RC217813, Right lane) cDNA for 48 hrs and lysed. Equivalent amounts of cell lysates (5 ug per lane) were separated by SDS-PAGE and immunoblotted with anti-LAPTM5.
