Western Blot has been done using : The COS-7 cells transfected with expression vectors encoding LRIG1 (line1) or LRIG2 (Line 2) and ZR-75, a breast carcinoma cell line (Line 3). Loading : 0.5 µg of COS-7 lysates and 10 µg of ZR-75 lysate.
Predicted cell location: Cytoplasm, cell membrane. Positive control: Human lung cancer tissue.
