Immunohistochemistry analysis in formalin fixed and paraffin embedded human tonsil tissue reacted with LYRM4 Antibody (Center) Cat.-No AP52570PU-N, which was peroxidase conjugated to the secondary antibody and followed by DAB staining.
Western blot analysis of LYRM4 Antibody (Center) Cat.-No AP52570PU-N in MDA-MB435 cell line lysates (35ug/lane). This demonstrates the LYRM4 antibody detected the LYRM4 protein (arrow).
Flow cytometric analysis of MDA-MB435 cells using LYRM4 Antibody (Center) Cat.-No AP52570PU-N (right histogram) compared to a negative control cell (left histogram). FITC-conjugated goat-anti-rabbit secondary antibodies were used for the analysis.
