Background of MPV17 antibody
MPV17 participate to the processes of oxygen and reactive oxygen species metabolic homeostasis. Mutations in this gene have been associated with the hepatocerebral form of mitochondrial DNA depletion syndrome (MDDS).
Western Blot analysis of MPV17 expression in transfected 293T cell line (H00004358-T01) by MPV17 MaxPab polyclonal antibody.Lane 1: MPV17 transfected lysate(19.36 KDa).Lane 2: Non-transfected lysate.
Western blot analysis of MPV17 Antibody (N-term) (AP18119PU-N) in Hela cell line lysates (35ug/lane). MPV17 (arrow) was detected using the purified Pab.
(2ug/ml) staining of Human Frontal Cortex lysate (35ug protein in RIPA buffer). Primary incubation was 1 hour. Detected by chemiluminescence.
Anti-MPV17 antibody (5µg/ml) staining of paraffin embedded Human Liver. Steamed antigen retrieval with citrate buffer pH 6, AP-staining.
