Western Blot analysis of NARS2 expression in transfected 293T cell line by NARS2 MaxPab polyclonal antibody.Lane 1: NARS2 transfected lysate(52.47 KDa).Lane 2: Non-transfected lysate.

Formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded human prostata carcinoma tissue reacted with NARS2 antibody (C-term), which was peroxidase-conjugated to the secondary antibody, followed by DAB staining.

Western blot analysis of anti-NARS2 Antibody (C-term) in Hela cell line lysates (35ug/lane).NARS2(arrow) was detected using the purified Pab (1:60dilution).
