NPEPPS polyclonal antibody ( Cat # PAB7579 ) ( 0.3 µg/ml ) staining of human brain ( cerebral cortex ) lysate ( 35 µg protein in RIPA buffer ) . Primary incubation was 1 hour. Detected by chemiluminescence.
Western blot analysis of PSA antibody (C-term) (AP17672PU-N) in MCF-7 cell line lysates (35ug/lane). PSA (arrow) was detected using the purified Pab.
TA303295 (0.3µg/ml) staining of Human Brain (Cerebral Cortex) lysate (35µg protein in RIPA buffer). Primary incubation was 1 hour. Detected by chemiluminescence.
