Immunohistochemistry analysis in formalin fixed and paraffin embedded human prostate carcinoma reacted with AP53394PU-N, which was peroxidase conjugated to the secondary antibody and DAB followed by staining. This data demonstrates the use of the POTEB antibody (C-term) for immunohistochemistry. Clinical relevance has not been evaluated.
