PREX1 antibody (1 µg/ml) staining of Human Temporal Cortex lysate (35 µg protein/ml in RIPA buffer). Primary incubation was 1 hour. Detected by chemiluminescence.
Western blot analysis of PREX1 Antibody (Center) (Cat. #AP53440PU-N) in MCF-7 cell line lysates (35µg/lane). PREX1 (arrow) was detected using the purified Pab.
