Western Blot analysis of PRPS1 expression in transfected 293T cell line by PRPS1 polyclonal antibody (A01).Lane1:PRPS1 transfected lysate(34.8 KDa).Lane2:Non-transfected lysate.
The PRPS1 polyclonal antibody ( Cat # PAB4598 ) is used in Western blot to detect PRPS1 in mouse kidney tissue lysate .
The PRPS1 polyclonal antibody ( Cat # PAB4598 ) is used in Western blot to detect PRPS1 in HeLa cell lysate .
The anti-PRPS1/2/3 Pab is used in Western blot to detect PRPS1/2/3 in mouse kidney tissue lysate (Lane 1) and Hela cell lysate (Lane 2).
Recombinant human PRPS1, 1-318 aa, His-tagged: 15% SDS-PAGE (3 µg)
The lysate of 293T (30ug) were resolved by SDS-PAGE, transferred to PVDF membrane and probed with anti-human PRPS1 antibody (1:1000). Proteins were visualized using a goat anti-mouse secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and an ECL detection system.
ICC/IF analysis of PRPS1 in HeLa cells line, stained with DAPI (Blue) for nucleus staining and monoclonal anti-human PRPS1 antibody (1:100) with goat anti-mouse IgG-Alexa fluor 488 conjugate (Green).
