Western blot analysis in MDA-MB231 cell line lysates (35ug/lane) using SPRR2A antibody Cat.-No. AP54034PU-N (C-term). This demonstrates the SPRR2A antibody detected the SPRR2A protein (arrow).
HEK293T cells were transfected with the pCMV6-ENTRY control (Left lane) or pCMV6-ENTRY SPRR2A (RC215197, Right lane) cDNA for 48 hrs and lysed. Equivalent amounts of cell lysates (5 ug per lane) were separated by SDS-PAGE and immunoblotted with anti-SPRR2A.(1:2000)
