TBC1D8 monoclonal antibody (M02), clone 1A12 Western Blot analysis of TBC1D8 expression in K-562 ( Cat # L009V1 ).
Detection limit for recombinant GST tagged TBC1D8 is approximately 3ng/ml as a capture antibody.
Immunohistochemistry: TBC1D8 Antibody - Moderate cytoplasmic and occasional membranous positivity was observed in most cases of normal and malignant tissues. Epithelial cells of the gall bladder and decidual cells in placenta showed strong staining. Normal lymphoid tissues as well as lymphomas were mainly negative.
