Formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded human testis tissue reacted with TAC2N Antibody (N-term), which was peroxidase-conjugated to the secondary antibody, followed by DAB staining. This data demonstrates the use of this antibody for immunohistochemistry; clinical relevance has not been evaluated.
Western blot analysis of TAC2N Antibody (N-term) (Cat. #AP54137PU-N) in mouse NIH-3T3 cell line lysates (35µg/lane). TAC2N (arrow) was detected using the purified Pab.
