Total cell lysate from Ramos cells (lane 1), K562 cells (lane 2), or HeLa cells (lane 3) were resolved by electrophoresis, transferred to nitrocellulose, and probed with purified monoclonal anti-TCF3 (clone 8F2A12) antibody. Proteins were visualized using an anti-mouse-IgG secondary conjugated to HRP and chemiluminescence detection.
Raji cells were stained with purified anti-TCF3 (clone 8F2A12) antibody, followed by staining with DyLight™ 488 conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG (green) antibody and Alexa Fluor 594 conjugated phalloidin (red).
