Anti-TCTN2 mouse monoclonal antibody (TA501477) immunofluorescent staining of COS7 cells transiently transfected by pCMV6-ENTRY TCTN2(RC203860).
HEK293T cells were transfected with the pCMV6-ENTRY control (Left lane) or pCMV6-ENTRY TCTN2 (RC203860, Right lane) cDNA for 48 hrs and lysed. Equivalent amounts of cell lysates (5 ug per lane) were separated by SDS-PAGE and immunoblotted with anti-TCTN2.
HEK293T cells transfected with either RC203860 overexpress plasmid(Red) or empty vector control plasmid(Blue) were immunostained by anti-TCTN2 antibody(TA501477), and then analyzed by flow cytometry.
Western blot analysis of TCTN2 using Jurkat cell lysate (Lane 1) and 3T3 cell lysate (Lane 2).
Western blot analysis of TCTN2 in SK-N-SH cell lysate with TCTN2 antibody at 1 ug/mL.
