Human Brain; WB Suggested Anti-TEX9 Antibody Titration: 0.2-1 ug/ml. ELISA Titer: 1:312500. Positive Control: Human brain; TEX9 antibody - middle region (ARP55896_P050) in Human Brain cells using Western Blot

TEX9 antibody (N-term) (AP54223PU-N) immunohistochemistry analysis in formalin fixed and paraffin embedded human testis carcinoma followed by peroxidase conjugation of the secondary antibody and DAB staining. This data demonstrates the use of the TEX9 antibody (N-term) for immunohistochemistry. Clinical relevance has not been evaluated.

TEX9 Antibody (N-term) (AP54223PU-N) western blot analysis in K562 cell line lysates (35 µg/lane). This demonstrates the TEX9 antibody detected the TEX9 protein (arrow).

TEX9 Antibody (N-term) (AP54223PU-N) flow cytometric analysis of K562 cells (right histogram) compared to a negative control cell (left histogram). FITC-conjugated goat-anti-rabbit secondary antibodies were used for the analysis.

Host: Rabbit; Target Name: TEX9; Sample Tissue: 721_B Whole cell lysates; Antibody Dilution: 1.0 ug/ml
