Background of TOM1L1 antibody
Tom1l1 is a probable adapter protein involved in sigling pathways. It interacts with the SH2 and SH3 domains of various sigling proteins when it is phosphorylated. This protein may promote FYN activation, possibly by disrupting intramolecular SH3-dependent interactions.
