Western blot analysis of VTI1A Antibody (C-term) (AP18240PU-N) in mouse spleen tissue lysates (35ug/lane). VTI1A (arrow) was detected using the purified Pab.
HEK293T cells were transfected with the pCMV6-ENTRY control (Left lane) or pCMV6-ENTRY VTI1A (RC213934, Right lane) cDNA for 48 hrs and lysed. Equivalent amounts of cell lysates (5 ug per lane) were separated by SDS-PAGE and immunoblotted with anti-VTI1A.
