Immunohistochemistry analysis in Formalin Fixed, Paraffin Embedded Human stomach tissue stained with SCAP Antibody (N-term) Cat.-No AP53806PU-N followed by peroxidase conjugation of the secondary antibody and DAB staining. This data demonstrates the use of SCAP Antibody (N-term) for immunohistochemistry. Clinical relevance has not been evaluated.

Western blot analysis of SCAP Antibody (N-term) Cat.-No AP53806PU-N in K562 cell line lysates (35ug/lane). This demonstrates the SCAP antibody detected the SCAP protein (arrow).

Western blot analysis of SCAP Antibody (Center) (Cat. #TA325047) in K562 cell line lysates (35ug/lane). SCAP (arrow) was detected using the purified Pab.

Formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded human colon carcinoma with SCAP Antibody (Center), which was peroxidase-conjugated to the secondary antibody, followed by DAB staining. This data demonstrates the use of this antibody for immunohistochemistry; clinical relevance has not been evaluated.

Fluorescent confocal image of HeLa cells stained with SCAP (Center) antibody. HeLa cells were fixed with 4% PFA (20 min), permeabilized with Triton X-100 (0.2%, 30 min). Cells were then incubated with TA325047 SCAP (Center) primary antibody (1:100, 2 h at room temperature). For secondary antibody, Alexa Fluor® 488 conjugated donkey anti-rabbit antibody (green) was used (1:1000, 1h). Nuclei were counterstained with Hoechst 33342 (blue) (10 μg/ml, 5 min).

Flow cytometric analysis of K562 cells using SCAP Antibody (Center)(bottom histogram) compared to a negative control cell (top histogram). FITC-conjugated goat-anti-rabbit secondary antibodies were used for the analysis.
