Western blot analysis of NEU3 expression in Caco-2 cells (1) and NEU3 transfected DLD-1 cells (2) using AM26497AF-N.
Western blot analysis of NEU3 expression in mock transfected COS-1 cells (1) and NEU3 transfected COS-1 cells (2) using AM26497AF-N.
HEK293T cells were transfected with the pCMV6-ENTRY control (Left lane) or pCMV6-ENTRY NEU3 (RC216537, Right lane) cDNA for 48 hrs and lysed. Equivalent amounts of cell lysates (5 ug per lane) were separated by SDS-PAGE and immunoblotted with anti-NEU3.
Western blot analysis of extracts (35ug) from 9 different cell lines by using anti-NEU3 polyclonal antibody (HepG2: human; HeLa: human; SVT2: mouse; A549: human; COS7: monkey; Jurkat: human; MDCK: canine; PC12: rat; MCF7: human).

WB analysis using Anti-SH3BP2 pS427 antibody to detect endogenous protein present in unstimulated human whole cell lysates). The band as indicated by the arrowheads is evident in both M059 cells (panel A) and PC-3 cells (panel B). Comparison to a molecular weight marker indicates a band of ~60 kDa corresponding to human SH3BP2 protein. The blot was incubated with a 1:500 dilution of the antibody at RTfollowed by detection using standard techniques.
